Beta fish tanks

Beta fish tanks are made for just one fish. This is because beta fish are aggressive and territorial and therefore must live solitarily. Betas are the most comfortable in smaller tanks. Large spaces make the fish anxious and overly aggressive.

Beta fish tanks come in a variety of shapes and many can even be stacked. Most tanks are made from acrylic. It is important to change the beta’s water at least fifty percent every day, because most tanks aren’t equipped with filters. You can install your own filter onto a tank if you would like.

These fish are best kept in beta fish tanks that remain at seventy four degrees. Use heaters to help you achieve that, if necessary.

Keep in mind that betas are not suited to house with any other fish.
