We offer FAST shipping at a flat rate of $9.95 on orders $100 or less. Oversized items and all aquariums will be charged a shipping rate according to size or weight - we will contact you to authorize additional charges prior to processing your order. We ship orders within two business days from our warehouse in Salt Lake City, Utah. S&H rates to the United States and District of Columbia (excluding HI and AK). For further questions, please contact us. We look forward to helping you with your order.

Orders placed for shipment within the continental United States are typically shipped UPS Ground (Smaller items may be shipped via United States Postal Service). Express shipping is available at additional cost. Exact shipping rates are calculated during checkout. Hawaii and Alaska residents: please all or e-mail for shipping options. We do not ship to International destinations at this time.

Sales tax will be charged for California residents.

Standard Orders can take about 5 - 10 business days to arrive, but usually arrive sooner. Custom Orders usually take longer. Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days.
